A New Type of Gym in Walnut Creek

The Row House has opened its doors in the Ygnacio Plaza Shopping Center across from Heather Farm Park. They offer a different kind of cardio workout that engages 85% of your body’s muscles with a low-impact on joints to minimize wear and injuries. We joined their ribbon cutting this month with the Walnut Creek Chamber of Commerce. We met the owner Henry and some of his staff in their cool new space.
