Ellipsis Welcomes new Poké Bar in Walnut Creek

Hula dancers, Hawaiian music and poké at the new Poké Bar in Walnut Creek. They have been open for a few months, but we went with Walnut Creek Chamber of Commerce & Visitors Bureau to their official ribbon cutting last week. I can’t think of a better way to celebrate a Hawaiian food tradition than with original music, dance and food. Originated in LA, they now have 70 locations. We met the owner and his friendly staff and the food was delicious. Try it out next time you are looking for a delicious and healthy option in the middle of Walnut Creek
