Goal: Find new customers using highly personalized direct mail
- Each month a list of new home sales from specific neighborhoods was created for sending out direct mail. Those neighborhoods were picked where WM Landscaping already had few customers.
- Each home received a highly personalized letter, containing personalized content and a map showing nearby WM Landscaping customers. This helped in building trust.
- The campaign produced much higher conversion rate as compared to sending generic direct mail.
