May 18th - Hope Walk benefiting Cancer Support Community

Join the local community of Walnut Creek and surrounding cities for a fun morning walk around Heather Farm Park in Walnut Creek. Form teams of friends, family, co-workers, and anyone else you know, to celebrate and honor the lives of those living or passed, who have been touched by cancer in some way. All proceeds from the event will directly benefit Cancer Support Community to provide support, education and hope free of charge to anyone facing any type of cancer.
