Shapes Fitness For Women Opens in Dublin

Shapes Fitness for Women is an exercise and fitness outfit aimed solely at helping women stay fit, strong and in good shape through their excellent gym facilities with experienced fitness experts. They have been in operation since as far back as 1990 and have not stopped in their goal to make sure women have good access to gym and training facilities and equipment to enable them stay healthy, while also trimming their body shapes to their own taste. They recently launched a new fitness facility in Dublin with a grand opening on October 17th and GautamTandon from Ellipsis Marketing, along with other Chamber members from the Dublin Chamber of Commerce and other local businesses were present to witness and celebrate this milestone grand opening.

Owners Amy & Ron Kodl also happen to be the proprietors of AZO Fitness, and they reiterated that the new facility is an upgrade with gym amenities such as a kids’ zone, an infrared sauna, locker rooms, plus beer yoga on some Friday evenings on offer. They also boast of having a gym-friendly environment which every woman would love to train around.
