5-6 weeks into the social distancing and home sheltering program with no clear end in sight. We all have different ways of coping. For those of you with a full work schedule, consider yourselves fortunate. This is what works for me -
- Stay busy. Knock out some of those underprioritized work, home DIY and organization projects that would never have seen the day of light
- Pick up a new hobby
- Exercise daily
- Read
- Play with the kids each day. Spend more time with them
- Allow yourself a glass of wine or another adult beverage each day
