February, smack in the middle of Winter with full sun and high sixties one week, pouring rain the next week and freezing temperatures and snow at our local peaks in-between. But February is also very special to many of us. It is the month of World Nutella Day, Hoodie Hoo Day and of course Valentine’s Day. Did you know that the origin of Valentine’s Day is ancient and can be dated back to the Roman Empire and possibly the Ancient Greece? The holiday has gone through quite a bit of drama, before it ended up where it is today with chocolate hearts, pink cards, bucket loads of roses and stuffed restaurants.

We wish you a Fabulous February and a Happy Valentine’s Day and hope you will appreciate the history of it and whatever it means to you.
