Mountain View Passes Measure P that will cost big businesses

Mountain View voters on Wednesday passed Measure P business license tax that will largely affect big businesses.

The tax, which received more than 69% of the votes, will be imposed depending on the size of each business. For instance, a smaller company or business owned by an individual will part with $75 for a license, while a bigger company such as Google will pay over $500, 000 with another $150 for each employee.
